Commercial shutters can take several forms from QMI.

From the floor to ceiling storefront usage with StoreSafe® to the similarly designed CounterSafe® shutter system operated from the ceiling to the countertop area; the ProductSafe® line utilizes industrial roller doors at the front of a steel cabinet providing storage with security. The ProductSafe line often protects cigarettes, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and cell phone inventory. Many stores utilize all three commercial shutters for added layers of protection. Pharmacies often have storefront shutters, plus may use ProductSafe cases at the front registers to securely exhibit cigarettes. Inside the pharmacy area, another ProductSafe case may display and secure narcotics. Then, when the pharmacist leaves, the CounterSafe shutter drops into place to secure the pharmacy during any hours the store may still wish to be open.

Industrial roller doors often have very large roll up diameters and require considerable headroom and are visually intrusive. The QMI line of products has the smallest roll up diameter in the industry. Most QMI commercial shutters roll up into a 7” or 8” box housing. Most competitors with industrial roller doors require a 10” to 12” or more box housing.
